We appreciate the question to us today. Welcome to the community!
To determine the address you can use for a reimbursement, we ask that you get in touch with us as this may vary depending on the type of loan you have. The easiest way to find this information is to contact a dedicated Financial Solutions Group Specialist 24/7 at 800-937-5020. During your quick call, they can let provide you this info and answer any of your additional questions.
If you'd like, you can also send a Secure Message via your Online Banking account. If you're already enrolled for online banking, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After signing in, you can visit the Customer Service tab and click on Send a Message for assistance with your inquiry. If you're not yet enrolled and have a TD Bank debit card and Social Security number, you may sign up here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. If your loan is the only account you have with TD Bank at this time and you'd like to view it online, a friendly Tech Support Specialist can enroll your account 24/7 at 800-493-7562.
Please also feel free to stop in at any convenient TD Bank Store location near you; a listing can be found at http://bit.ly/TDStores where we would be happy to help!
Please note that if this is regarding an auto loan which is held through TD Auto Finance, please contact a TD Auto Finance Representative. They are available Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 10:00 pm and Saturday, 8:00 am to 7:00 pm at 800-556-8172 to help you.
We hope this provides some help, Carlos!
Thanks again for writing in and we'll speak with you again soon.
