If you know what your Username is but forgot your Password, you can reset it using our Password Reset tool. Click here http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to find the login page, and then click on the link "Trouble Logging In" located under the password field. Select your Account Type, and then enter your Username and the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You'll be asked to answer 2 of the Security Questions on your profile and then you will be able to reset your login Password. When setting up a new Password, please remember these helpful tips:
· Use a combination of numbers, letters and special characters, but no spaces.
· Your password should be unique - memorize it and do not disclose it to anyone else.
· Avoid using names, dates or numbers tied to your identity (such as birthday, family name, pets, street, etc.).
· Use a password that differs from your other banking, email, and social media accounts.
· Change your Password periodically to avoid unauthorized access.
