Welcome to TD Helps.
Requesting the history of your payments depends on the type of account that you have and we're happy to go over all options with you.
If you have a Loan with TD Bank, to request a history of your payments you may contact our Financial Solutions Group 24/7 at 800-937-5020 or visit a nearby TD location and we'll mail the requested information to the address we have on file. For Store hours and locations please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Also, if you use Online Banking at www.tdbank.com, you'll be able to view all of your payment history online. If you're not enrolled yet, please contact our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists will be able to help you enroll. You may also visit a TD Store for help setting this up.
You may also fax us a request for your payment history. If you have a Car Loan, Personal Loan or a Home Equity Line of Credit you may fax your request to 207-755-4403. If you have a Mortgage, please fax your request to 207-755-4229. In your fax, please make sure to include your loan number, return fax number and your signature. If you are looking for the payment history for your Credit Card, you can view the past 12 months of statements online at www.tdcardservices.com.
