I am a retired employee's spouse, and have been incorrectly billed for benefits for the month of April. Not sure who to contact, and thought I would start with the benefits line. Thanking you in advance for your assistance.

Since this question pertains specifically to your pension, we recommend reaching out to us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting any TD Bank location during lobby hours for additional assistance. As we'd like to assist you directly, we are unable to do so because TD Helps is considered an unsecure forum.
However, if your pension is with our brokerage affiliate, TD Ameritrade, you can reach out to them at 1-877-933-2835 and they will be able to answer any questions you may have. Although TD Bank and TD Ameritrade operate under the same TD Shield, we are two separate business institutions.
