Thanks for making a stop at TD Helps, Ani. We would be more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
If you did not have Social Security number when your account was opened and you obtained your Social Security number afterwards, you're able to update this information by filling out appropriate documents with TD Bank.
Generally speaking, you will need to visit a TD Bank Store in person in order to update your SSN. We understand you are unable to visit us therefore, we recommend directly contacting the TD Bank location where your account was originally opened by telephone to determine other options that may be available. For help locating TD Store along with the telephone number, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have any additional questions, you may feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists.
We hope this helps. Have a great one and let us know if you have any further questions, Ani.
