Welcome to the TD Helps community, Anthony. We'll be happy to help you make sure you have all the required security questions needed for online banking.
As it sounds like you're using the TD Mobile App, please note that you will want to visit our full website at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to log in using your Username and Password. Once you have done so, you'll be given the opportunity to add any needed security questions to your account. With this process completed, you can begin using the app again to check your account.
In case you're not required to add any questions but you'd like to change your current security questions or answers and if you are able to access your Online Banking at this time, you may update these by following the instructions below:
-After logging on to TD Bank On-Line with your user name and password at the link provided above, click on the “Customer Service” tab
-Under “Self Service," click on “Change Security Questions/Answers”
-Next to the question you wish to update or change, click on “Change”
-Follow the instructions on the screen and click “Update” when your changes are complete.
If you're unable to access your Online Banking at this time, a member of our Banking Team can assist with updating your security questions and logging you into your account upon proper account verification.
