Thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps, Lori. We're sorry to hear that you are experiencing difficulties with your security questions, but we'll be happy to help!
We recommend reaching out to one of our Banking Specialists who will be happy to assist you with updating your questions and answers, and logging you back into your account. You can reach a Specialist by calling 888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you prefer, you can also visit us at any TD Bank Store. For lobby hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions and answers include:
- Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question.
- Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road".
- Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive. So you only have to remember the answer - not whether or not you capped any of the words in your answer.
For additional security question tips and other helpful hints for answering your security questions you can visit: http://bit.ly/1ikiYdw.
Additionally, we recommend having your husband reach out to your local TD Bank Store location to update his card and PIN number for it.
We hope that this helps out, Lori. Have a wonderful Holiday season!
