I am out of the country and want to use my debit card but I never notified you of the travel. What should I do

We hope you are having a nice trip so far!
You may call us from outside the US by dialing 1-856-751-9000 or by calling collect, with operator assistance, by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. This call will have to be completed with a land line telephone.
Also, while you are out of the country you may send us a Secured Message from within your Online Banking account to place a travel note. Please log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then on the left hand side of the page you'll see the option to Send a Message under the Message Center. In your message please detail the issue you're having with your card. Also, if you have not yet given us your travel locations and dates, we recommend sending this information in your note.
If you are not enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so for free here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card number, your account number and e-mail address. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
