i have a usa account and need to change the address

In order to update your account to reflect a new Canadian address, we ask that you connect with a Banking Specialist directly. You can call us 24/7 at 800-700-2913 to speak with a Cross Border Banker.
In addition to calling, our Specialists are available via secure message online. To send a secure message using Online Banking, please sign in here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq and select 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center' on the left hand side of the page. For Mobile Banking, select the option to 'Contact Us' followed by 'Send a secure message' after signing in. Be sure to include your previous address as well as your new information in your message.
If you're planning on updating your account to a US address, you can complete this request online by signing in to Online Banking. Once logged in, select the Customer Service tab followed by Contact Info. Once a Specialist completes the change, they will send you a secure message notifying you.
