Both, my last name and address are current for my joint account but I'd like to change it on my solo one too.

Great to have you with us today. We hope you enjoyed your weekend!
You mention that your name and address are current for your joint account, but not your single account. As that is the case, we may be able to make an adjustment to the name listed on your single account if you give us a call. We're available 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to check on this for you, and we can also accept your updated address info for you when you call.
If not, to update your last name we ask that you stop in to any TD Bank Store to present your valid ID. When you visit, we'll need identification that documents your name change, such as your Driver's license, Marriage license, Divorce Decree, Court Order or updated United States Passport. When you stop in to present this identification, we'll have you sign your new signature card so that we can process this for you. Please find a Store near you using our location finder at: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You can expect your name change to take effect for your account within seven to ten business days. You're also more than welcome to provide your new address when you visit us. We apologize that the option to update your name is not available online.
If you'd like to update your address online, however, this option is available online via Secure Message. To do so, please log in at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. nce you have done so, locate the Customer Service tab at the top right, and then use the Change Address, Phone, Email Address link found there. This change typically updates within 2-3 business days.
Once both of these are completed, you can place your order of checks, and you may do so online or by getting in touch with us either by phone or in-store as above.
We hope this provides some help, Andriana!
