my name won't be any good after the upgrade. How do I change it??

It's quick and easy to update your online username! To start, log into your online banking by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq and then select the 'Customer Service' tab. In the first group under the 'Self Service' tab, you'll see hyperlinks for your username and password. Just select 'Username' and you'll be taken to a screen where you'll need to enter your new username twice. Once you've entered everything in, just click 'Submit' and you'll be all set!
