Hi Donna, thanks for writing in! We have a few options available to obtain your account balance and we'll be glad to go over them with you.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online. You may also view the transactions as well. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you can click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you would like to view. You'll be able to see the balance there.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, without your debit card number, we ask that you please give us a call 24/7 at 888-751-9000 and after account verification we can have you set up for Online Banking in no time! If you have a business account and are looking to enroll for BusinessDirect, we ask that you visit us at a nearby TD Store. For a listing of our locations and hours please view: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Another way to check your balance and access up-to-the-minute account information is by calling using our automated banking system (IVR) or contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number above, or feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you. At our Stores, you can check your balance at any of our ATMs with no charge, or stop inside to check with one of our Representatives.
We hope this is helpful Donna. Don't hesitate to reply if you have any additional questions.
