If you decide to close your account, there are a couple of ways to do so without paying us a visit. If your account has a $0.00 balance, you are able to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. After account verification, our Specialists will be able to finalize your account during your call.
Please know that if there are remaining funds in your account, our Banking Specialists will not be able to complete the closing. Don't worry though. You are able to mail in a request to have your account closed. Please mail your written, signed, and notarized request to:
