Good morning and welcome to the community, Linda.
We are more than happy to help answer your question!
If this is your first time using our Online Banking site, you will have to enroll. You can do so for free by following this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, Social Security number, your email address and your current TD ATM/Debit card. If you run into any problems enrolling or if you do not have a TD ATM/Debit card to enroll online, please call us 24/7 at (888) 751-9000 to speak with our Banking Specialists.
To protect your account information, we have special requirements for your Online Banking User Name and Password. It is recommended to use a combination of letters and numbers as it greatly increases the security of your account information.
For your User Name, please see below: • Must consist of 6-32 alphanumeric characters. • Must contain at least one letter and one number.
Just in case you needed to know, for your Password, please see the below requirements: • Must consist of 8-32 alphanumeric characters. • Must contain at least one letter and one number. • Entry of your Password is case sensitive.
At this time, the User Name is not case-sensitive. Please also kindly keep in mind that the User Name you choose must be unique and cannot be the same as any other TD Bank Customer's existing User name.
If you have used our Online Banking and simply cannot bring your User Name and Password to mind right now, we invite you to give one of our Specialists a call, who will be more than happy to assist you in resetting this information at the same number listed above.
You're also welcome anytime at any of our convenient Store locations. Please feel free to check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for locations and hours near you.
Hope this helps answer your question and have a nice day.
