Good afternoon. I need to dispute 2 charges to my account and wish to reverse them immediately. Do I need to go into the branch for this?

Thank you for reaching out to us today.
We apologize to hear about any possibility of unauthorized charges on your account. If this has occurred, typically we are able to file a claim on your behalf. We'd like to reassure you that we're here to safeguard your funds and assist you in the event that fraud occurs.
To review the items in question and begin the claim process if possible, you are more than welcome to call one of our Banking Specialists about the charges, who are available 24/7 at 888-751-9000. At that time, they'll be able to review the unauthorized activity which occurred, and better advise you. If you prefer, we're also able to assist you at any nearby TD Bank location during lobby hours. Feel free to check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores to locate your closest Store and hours they're available. When you get in touch with us, we'll be able to advise you about the time frame on your dispute as well.
Prior to your visit or call, please ensure that the transactions in question have been posted to your account history and are no longer in a "Pending" status. Kindly note that we're able to open a claim once transactions are posted.
Hoping this eases your mind a bit, Lamonia.
Thanks again for getting in touch with us and we'll speak with you again soon.
