If this is regarding a Commercial Account with TD Bank, feel free to fax your request to our Commercial Credit Support department at 856-533-7138 and please include the following:
-The Credit Reference request in full
-Signed authorization with a cover sheet that includes your Name/Business Name, Tax Identification Number and Account Number
-Return fax number or address where you'd like the information sent
If you're the third party rather than our Customer, you're also welcome to send the fax detailing your request as above. In that instance, we'll also need an attached authorization form with our Customer's signature that provides permission from our Customer to release the information requested.
Please allow 1-2 business days for completion of your request. If you request the information to be faxed, you'll receive this within that time frame or, if the documentation should be mailed, please allow additional time for receipt.
