Good to see you on TD Helps today, Joel! We'll be happy to provide the ways that you can obtain your account number.
We'd like to let you know that for security reasons, we are unable to provide your account number over the telephone or through email. However, there are options on how to receive your account number.
If you have an account statement handy, you may find your account number on the top right hand side of the statement. Also, you can find your account number on the bottom of your checkbook, the second group of numbers.
Even though the account number is needed to use the self-service feature via www.tdbank.com to enroll for Online Banking, we are happy to say, there are other ways you can enroll. You can contact us directly 24/7 at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with one of our Digital Specialists. After account verification, our Specialists would be happy to help! If you are unable to verify your account or if you prefer to sit with a Customer Service Representative, you may also visit us during lobby hours and a nearby TD Store. To find a store location and hours, please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores.. Once enrolled, you will have complete access to your online account where you will be able to view your account number, balances, transactions, and other great features TD Bank offers with Online Banking.
We hope this helps and please let us know if you have any questions, Joel!
