Thank you for reaching us on TD Helps, Kerry. We'd be happy to help.
If you're trying to enroll for Online Banking and you don't have your account number handy, you are more than welcome to contact us 24/7 by calling at (856)-751-9000 or collect from a landline at (215)-569-0518 from overseas. After account verification, our Representatives would be happy to set you up during your call.
Alternatively, when you return, you are able to visit any TD Store for help. To take a look at our Store locations and their hours, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
To recover your account number, first, if this is a Checking account and you have some checks with you, your account number will be the second set of numbers on the bottom of the check. Please check out this link for more information http://bit.ly/1cmRPoF.
If you don't have any checks handy at this moment, no worries. You may also view your account number by looking at your paper statements which is located at the right top corner of the page. If this is a new account, you will receive your paper statement within 30 days from opening the account. Another way to obtain the account number is by visiting a local TD Store.
Once enrolled in Online Banking, your account number will be displayed on the main page after logging in.
We hope to hear from you soon, Kerry and have a good night.
