Welcome to TD Helps, Herdi. We'd be happy to help!
To change the e-mail address that we have on record, you have the option of using the self-service feature via your Online Banking. Please follow this link to log into your Online Banking, http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you've entered your current User Name and Password, please go to the "Customer Service" tab and click on the " Change Address, Phone, E-mail Address " link (it is the first link under the Self Service title). You will then be asked to enter the new e-mail address into the corresponding text boxes. You will then be able to save the changes you have made, where you will be able to select "Submit."
If you're not already set up for Online Banking and if you have an ATM/ VISA Debit Card and Social Security number, you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visit http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online. If you don't have an ATM/VISA Debit Card, you may contact us at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, for help with the enrollment process. You may also visit us at any TD Store during lobby hours for further assistance. Check out: http://bit.ly/TDStoresfor hours and locations near you!
In order to update the e-mail address on file for any Alerts you may have, after following the steps above, please visit the Alerts tab and update your contact e-mail address as needed in the Manage your Contacts section of that page. Please keep in mind that your alert information will continue to be sent to any previous e-mail address listed, until this change is completed there.
We hope this helps, Herdi. Have a great day and let us know if you have any further questions.
