If you're in need of your bank statements, don't worry, as we have plenty of options for you to obtain some copies.
The easiest and quickest way to retrieve copies of your statements is to print them via your Online Banking account. Statements from 2010 through the present will be available for your deposit accounts that receive statements, if your account was open at that time.
If you're currently using online accounts, after logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, please follow the steps banking for your personal below:
-Click on the Accounts tab at the top of the screen
-Click on the checking account number you would like to view statements on
-Click on the Statements tab
-Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
-You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statement
If you are not currently enrolled for online banking and would like to use this service for your personal accounts, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/debit card, Social Security number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. Please follow the prompts, and when you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
In case you don't have the information required to set up your online banking account or you need assistance, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If you'd prefer not to download your statements online or have a business account and currently are viewing your account here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, you're welcome to contact a Customer Service Representative 24/7 at the same telephone number listed above, who can mail the statements to your address on file. Or if you'd like, please feel free to visit any of our locations to obtain the copies. In many cases you can have them printed while you wait. Please see here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your local Store and lobby hours.
Please allow approximately 7-10 business days for you to receive your statements via mail.
