I was directed to have my insurance company fax TD with the request as I wasn't allowed and they did so. Neither myself or my insurance company received a response. I bed this information so I can register my car in a different state. What do I need to do.

Thank you for stopping by TD Helps, Travis. We'd be more than happy to guide you in the right direction.
If TD Bank is still the lienholder on the Vehicle a copy of the title will not be issued out for the vehicle untl the vehicle has been paid off. If you are looking to just register your vehicle in a different state than where your vehicle is currently registered, please have your local DMV fax an Out of State Request (OSR) to our Collateral Department at 207-753-3746. Please allow 3-5 business days for TD Bank to process and send the title certified mail to your DMV, your local DMV will then process the request. Please note: the Out of State Request (OSR) process may vary depending on your local DMV. In addition electronic titles may require additional processing time.
If you have any further inquiries please contact our Financial Solutions Group (FSG) 24/7 at 1-800-937-5020 to speak with one of our dedicated FSG specialists. If you are unable to contact us via telephone, you can always visit any TD Bank location during lobby hours. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find TD Bank near you.
