If you wish to set up automatic monthly payments, we can certainly provide an ACH request form which can be obtained by connecting with our Financial Solutions Group Specialists 24/7 at 800-937-5020. After account verification, we will be happy to send you the form via mail.
Once you receive the form, please fill and sign the form then send it to the following address:

You may also fax the completed request to:

If it is easier for you, you may also drop it off at your nearby TD Store. Additionally, you could also visit us during lobby hours to obtain the ACH request form. Please see http://bit.ly/TDStores to find your closest TD Bank Store.
