For the quickest answer, search previously asked questions below. Chances are, others have asked a similar question and there's already an answer waiting for you. If you can't find a match, ask a new question and our team members will answer.
I had my security questions reset and am trying to log in to my account to make a new one. It tells me that I don't have enough security questions and to log in to fix this, but will not let me log in. I'm at work and can't keep calling customer service as we are not allowed to make personal calls at work. Can I get in to my account without going to the bank!?!?

To add additional Security Questions, you will need to access our Online Banking from your computer or you may wish to use the web browser on your mobile phone. Please note, if you are using the web browser on your mobile phone, please be sure to select the on "View full website" link which is located on the bottom of the page. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to take you to the log in page. If you are a TD Bank BusinessDirect user, please direct your browser to http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8.
Once you are logged, to add additional security questions, please click on the "Customer Service" tab and then "Change Security Questions/Answers."
A few tips to consider that may help you with remembering your security questions and answers include:
- Only selecting security questions that are meaningful to you. For instance, if your pets are more important to you than your first car, select the pet question
- Avoiding abbreviations in your answer, like "Rd." instead of "Road"
- Answers to your security questions are not case-sensitive
