If you are unable to log in and are locked out of online access, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 (800-493-7526 option 2 for BusinessDirect). After account verification, our Representatives will be happy to help you log in and reset your security questions. You may also visit a TD Store during lobby hours for help. For Store locations and hours please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once you are able to log in or by logging in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you are able to update your security questions and answers. You can view and change your security questions and answer by selecting the "Customer Service" tab. Once you’re there, under "Self Service" please click on the "Change Security Question/Answers" link. It will then take you to the "Update Your Security Questions and Answers" page where you can change/update your information by selecting the "Change" link after each question.
