Thanks for coming to TD Helps to start the discussion, Joe, and thanks for using TD for your Wire transfer needs.
We'd be happy to provide the information you need to receive your incoming international wire to your TD account. Please know that the information you need to provide to the sending bank overseas is based on how the funds are being sent.
If the funds are being sent in foreign currency, please provide the following information to the sending bank:
Correspondent Bank SWIFT Code: TDOMCATTTOR; Correspondent Bank: The Toronto Dominion Bank, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, M5K 1A2; Beneficiary Bank SWIFT Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Beneficiary Bank: TD Bank N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054;
In Favor of: TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
However, if the funds are being sent in U.S. Dollars, please instead provide the following information:
Wire to: TD Bank, N.A. Wilmington, Delaware; ABA: 0311-0126-6; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
In some cases, please be aware that the Australian financial institution sending the wire to TD Bank may not be able to use an ABA number for a wire transfer. If they are requiring you to provide a BIC/SWIFT code in order to send a transfer (in U.S. currency), then they should use the following information instead:
Wire to (Beneficiary Bank): TD Bank, N.A.; Swift Code: NRTHUS33XXX; Bank Address: TD BANK N.A., 6000 Atrium Way, Mt. Laurel, NJ, USA 08054; TD Customer's Account Number; TD Customer's Full Name; TD Customer's Address: (Please include City, State and Country);
Additionally, we strongly recommend confirming with the financial institution sending the wire transfer to determine if they require you to provide an ABA#/Routing#, or a BIC/SWIFT Code to complete the transfer.
Please know that we will post all incoming wires on the banking day they are received. Also, we do not process incoming Pay Upon Proper Identification (PUPID) wires and we return them to the sender. For more info on any fees for receiving a wire transfer at TD Bank, please take a look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt.
Thanks again for your visit today! We hope this helps, Joe. Have a good one.

I still wonder if you can comment on what is the fastest and most cost effective way to do this. Is a wire transfer the only option? What about internet bank transfer? Might it be better to send a bank check? Money order? I didn't specify that I wanted to do a wire transfer but asked a more general question about options and which might be best. I also wonder about the Mt Laurel information you provided as my branch is in Cherry Hill.

Thank you for joining us again on TD Helps, Joe.
We'd like to confirm that you may use the information provided above as the necessary instructions to provide to the financial institution sending your funds. We apologize as receiving/sending international funds transfers cannot be processed online.
We also suggest reaching out to the sending institution to inquire about any additional wiring options.
If you'd like, you may also mail in a check deposit to your account to the states. Please mail your deposit to the address below:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
We'd also like to share a few tips with you before mailing your deposit.
- Cash should not be sent through the mail
- Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
- Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
- Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
- Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
- If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
- Do not staple transactions
We recommend visiting http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ to learn more about our funds availability policy starting on page 38 for details on when you have access to funds. Also, please keep in mind that TD Bank is not responsible for items lost in mail. Please also allow 7-10 business days for mailing, and this also depends on your postal office.
