Good afternoon, Samantha, and welcome to TD Helps!
We're so sorry to hear that you're having trouble obtaining your routing number, and we'll be more than happy to help.
Here at TD Bank, routing numbers are based on the state you originally opened either your Checking or Savings account. We notice that you're writing into us today from New York, and it's important to note that the state of New York has two routing numbers, and we have provided them for you here:
New York, Metro NYC - 026013673
New York, Upstate NY - 021302567
You may also find your routing number on the bottom, left hand side of any personal checks you may have in your possession for your account. If you'd like, you're welcome to check out the link here: https://go.td.com/2bjcv63 for an example. You may also use this link to review a list of TD Bank's routing numbers, just in case you may have opened your account in a state other than New York.
If you would prefer to confirm your routing number, we're always here to help, and you're welcome to connect with us in whichever method is the most convenient for you.
Our Banking Specialists are first available to help by simply calling 1-888-751-9000, and for your convenience, can be reached 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You would also, as always, have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
If you're unable to call or visit a Store location, that's okay, as you can always send us a secure message directly from your Online Banking. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
We sincerely hope this helps, Samantha, and thanks again for stopping by today.
