Hi Andrea and thanks for reaching out to us on TD Helps.
Please keep in mind, TD Bank retains up to seven years of account history in our records. If the account was closed within this time frame and you'd like to access prior statements, don't worry as we have some ways that this can be done.
If the account was closed in the past few months or your mother has her account number, your mother can request statement copies with one of our Banking Specialists and we can mail them to the address on record. Please have her call call Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance, anytime it's convenient. Please note, your mother should expect to receive the copies in approximately 7 to 10 business days.
If your mother no longer have the account number or if it's easier for her, she may request statements by stopping by any local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. One of our dedicated Customer Service Specialists would be able to assist. If the statements are recent, we may be able to provide your mother with the copies during your visit. We recommend contacting the TD Bank Store prior to stopping in, check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a local TD Bank Store.
Please note, depending on the type of statement copy your mother is looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to the Account Guide and the current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (located under “copies”).
Hope this helps and enjoy your day.
