Welcome to the TD Helps Community, G. First, we'd like to let you know that address updates typically take 3-5 business days to be completed, once you have submitted your new information to us. This change is generally reflected on your next month's statement, depending on the dates of your account's statement cycle. Although we're unable to generate a statement immediately with your updated address, once your address change has been made you can request that we mail a copy of your previous statement to your new address. Please note that in this instance, the statement can be mailed to the new address and the envelope may reflect this information; however, the statement itself will be printed with your prior address until the next statement is issued. If you'd like to have this copy, to assist you, feel free to call 888-751-9000, 24/7 to speak with one of our Banking Specialists. After account verification they'd be more than happy to ensure that your address change has been completed, and mail the copy to your new address. If you prefer and your account is enrolled in Online Banking, you may also send us a Secure Message so that we can mail a copy for you. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1qknpx5. Under the Customer Service tab, please click on Statement Copy to submit your request. Typically, you should receive your statement by mail within 7-10 business days depending on your postal office. Have a great day, G.
