I work at Riverside Inn, a lady asked to get funds released on her account and if it does not happen before midnight she will have to pay a fee of 15.00 they told me to fax the information and ask for a release on our company letter head but the fax will not go through so what else can I do to help her

Welcome to TD Helps, Deborah. Sorry to hear you is experiencing trouble getting the funds released from a customer's account.
When you sent your fax, please make sure it was to (856)-533-1138.
The fax must include the following:
- Merchant’s letterhead authorizing TD Bank to remove the Authorization
- Customer’s full card number
- Customer’s name
- Exact date and amount of authorization to be released
The customer can contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to check to see if we have received your fax.
