Good evening, Doug!
Thank you for your message tonight.
While we're not able to increase your card limit directly from here, we do have a few options for you to get this done.
First, we invite you to take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 43-44, you'll be able to find more information about the types of transactions you'll be able to use your card for, as well as the limits which apply per day.
If you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit, we can offer a couple of options to request an increase. Please note, in order to have your debit card limit increased you must have a deposit account older than 90 days that is in Normal status and have a sufficient balance to cover the requested amount.
To request the increase, feel free to send us a Secure Message through Online Banking. If you're already enrolled, you may send us a secure message to request an increase by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you sign in, please find the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link found there. If you prefer, you can send a fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138.
When sending us a secure message or faxed request, please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase
• Account Number
• Debit/ATM Card Number
• Your Name
• Your Telephone Number
• A Statement indicating to 'Please increase my total daily Visa (or POS or ATM) limit to $X for the day.'
• Your signature (on faxed request)
Please note that fax requests are generally completed within 2 hours.
Please also keep in mind that limit increases are only valid for one calendar day and the limits will return to the original amount after this time passes. If your request is received after 6:00 pm, the increase will remain in effect for one additional calendar day.
Thank you again for inquiring about this, Doug and we hope this is the info you were looking for.
All the best to you and have a terrific evening!
