Thanks for joining us today on TD Helps, Roy.
For the protection of your TD Bank account, your TD Visa Debit Card has daily limits placed on it. For information on your daily limit amounts, please take a look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 43-44, you'll be able to find more information about the types of transactions you'll be able to use your card for, as well as the limits which apply per day.
If you are expecting to spend more than what is permitted on your daily limit, we can offer a couple of options to request an increase.
If you're already enrolled in online banking, you may send us a Secure Message to request an increase by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. After you sign in, please find the Customer Service tab and use the Send a Message link found there.
If you have access to a fax machine, you can send us a written request via fax. You can send the fax to our Fulfillment Team at 856-533-1138, and please include the following information:
• Subject: Limit Increase • Account Number • Debit/ATM Card Number • Your Name • Contact Telephone Number • Amount of increase or decrease • Indicate - Visa, POS, ATM • Your Signature
Request via tax is generally completed within 2 hours.
Please note that in order to request an increase via fax, or email, your account is required to be open for at least 90 days.
If your account has not been opened for 90 days or if you prefer, you may also visit your local TD Bank during lobby hours for assistance as well. Please visit: http://bit.ly/TDStores for a TD Bank location near you.
Please keep in mind that the increase will not be permanent but will remain in effect for the business day when the increase is processed. Please also note, in order to have your debit card limit increased your account must be in active status and have a sufficient balance to cover the requested amount.
We appreciate you stopping by and have a nice day.
