Please understand, since you'd like to find out if a check you wrote has cleared, we need to review this in further with you. As we'd like to assist you directly, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
If you're currently enrolled in our Online Banking, you're able to view your account online and determine if Check number 472 has been paid. You can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, and click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, then you'll want to click on the name of the account you want to view. Next, select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. This will display up to 60 days of your account history. You also have the option to view your previous statements on the same page by clicking on Statements tab, if you'd like to review information prior to the most recent 60 days on your account.
