We appreciate you visit, Liz. We would be happy to help provide details on how to view your account balance and transactions.
Your first option in managing your account is via your TD Online Banking. If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account online including your recent transactions as well. After you log into your account from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you may click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page and then click on the name of the account you want to view. To view your transactions, please select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History” and select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your Account number, TD ATM/Debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. You will also need your email address. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for further assistance.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account information 24 hours a day/7 days a week by calling us at the number just mentioned. To use our automated service, please input your TD ATM/Debit card number or TD account number. If you wish to speak with a live Specialist, please select "0" at any point. After account verification, we'd be happy to help review your account further with you.
