Why was my account was close with out me knowing about it

We would like to assist you directly; however, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum. We recommend contacting our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 and one of our Banking Specialists can offer some assistance. If they are unable to locate your account, or if you know your account was closed with an overdrawn balance; please contact our Recovery Department at 800-354-9769 between the hours of 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00am-5:00pm.
