After account verification, we would be happy to help with your request and have your statements mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative. You should expect to receive your statements at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your postal office.
Also, depending on the type of statement copy you are looking for, additional fees may apply. For more information, please refer to our current Personal Fee Schedule here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt (please see "copies" for more details).
However if you have regained access to a computer, and would like to enroll for Online Banking, we'd be happy to help. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number you may fill out the online application to access your personal account(s). Please visithttp://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to enroll for TD Bank Online Banking. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you experience any difficulties, please contact us at the number provided above.
Let us know if you have any other questions and have a great day.
