Good morning, Kevin and welcome to TD Helps! We would be glad to provide you with some convenient options to check your account.
From your message, it sounds like you haven't signed up for Online Banking with your account yet. If you'd like to take advantage of this free service, you'll be happy to learn that signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy. If you have an ATM/Debit Card and Social Security number, you can use our enrollment self-service link at: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to sign up. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box and complete three steps. First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
If you do not have an ATM/Debit Card or Social Security number, please contact a Digital Banking Specialist at 800-493-7562 who can enroll you over the phone, or visit your local TD Bank store. Please find a list of our stores convenient for you at: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you have a TD business Checking account and TD debit card, you may enroll for TD BusinessDirect by following this link: http://bit.ly/1dl2HX6. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business Taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your e-mail address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an e-mail confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help.
Once you have enrolled in Online Banking, you can also use your mobile device to access your account information and make deposits! To download the Mobile App for your Android or iPhone, please click here: http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. You can input your mobile phone number for a text message containing the TD Bank Mobile App link. If your account has been open for 90 days or more and you would like to begin using the Mobile Deposit feature, please see this link for information and guidelines to TD Bank Mobile Banking and Mobile Deposit at: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF and http://bit.ly/1ff8byL.
Just in case, if you'd like to call us for your account information, you're more than welcome to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 888-751-9000, or use our Automated Self Service line 24/7 at 800-YES-2000 (800-937-2000).
We hope this helps you check your account anytime you like, Kevin! Let us know if you have questions and enjoy your day.
