Thanks for your interest in opening an account with TD, Cynthia. We'd be glad to help.
In order to open a deposit account with us and be the primary owner, you would need to be at least 18 years of age. As you mentioned that you're under 18, you may bring an adult with you to any TD Store during lobby hours to open an account. Click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a TD Bank near you.
We invite you to take a look at what accounts we currently offer prior to your trip by clicking here: http://bit.ly/Wczmq0 for a list of checking accounts and here: http://bit.ly/1pJT9I9 for a list of our savings accounts.
You and your joint account holder will need to bring a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.) and their Social Security Number. Acceptable forms of identification for minors include; School ID (preferably with a picture), Passport, US birth certificate or Social Security Card.
We hope this helps, Cynthia and have a good day.
