Welcome to TD Helps, Liza, we appreciate your question!
Many of TD Bank Stores offer extended banking hours on Thursdays and Fridays. Lots of TD Bank locations are open on Saturdays and Sundays to accommodate our Customer's busy schedules and banking needs. We invite you to visit http://bit.ly/TDStores for hours of all of our TD Bank Stores.
You do have a few options to make deposits if you are unable to visit us during our normal banking hours:
Our ATMs do accept large check deposits. However, we do not accept double endorsed, or third party checks, via the ATM system. This type of transaction needs to be performed during lobby hours where identification and signature can be witnessed.
We also offer Mail-In Deposit service; you can mail your checks to:
TD Bank, N.A.
P.O. Box Number 1190
Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
Cash should not be sent through the mail
Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
If using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
Do not staple transactions
Additionally, we offer Mobile deposit service via our Mobile App. You can make deposits to your account by using TD Bank Mobile Deposit App. TD Bank Mobile Deposit is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active checking, savings or money market account.
Please note; there are daily limits and 30-day limits on our Mobile Deposits. The limits on mobile deposits depend on the length of your relationship with TD Bank. If your account has been open for 90 days to 6 months, you'll be able to make deposits with a daily limit of $1,000.00 and a 30 day limit of $2,500.00. If your account has been open for 6 months to a year, your daily limit is $2,500.00, with a 30 day limit of $3,500.00. After your account is open for a year, the daily limit is $2,500, with a 30 day limit of $6,000.00. Please visit: http://bit.ly/1e3jiYF for more information on Mobile Deposit.
We invite you to take a look at our Personal Account Agreement, http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. Our complete Funds Availability Policy can be found on pages 35 – 37. If you have any further questions, you can give us a call 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or visiting your local TD Store.
Thanks again for stopping by Liza, enjoy the rest of your weekend!
