i need to transfer 500.00 from my savings to checking account today as I already paid a bill that I had outstanding.

We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble making a transfer, Leela. We'd be glad to show you how!
In order to make a transfer, you will first need to sign in to Online Banking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. To complete the transfer, please follow the steps below:
1. Click on the Transfers tab, located on the top of your screen.
2. Enter the amount you wish to transfer in the box.
3. Select the 'to' and 'from' accounts.
4. Select Immediate Transfer.
5. Click on Schedule Transfer.
6. Finally, click on Complete Transfer.
If you're making the transfer from the Mobile Banking App, you will first need to select the Transfer feature. This may prompt you to enter your user name and password if you're not already signed in. You will then immediately be asked to specify your 'to' and 'from' accounts as well as the amount. Once complete, select Review at the bottom of the page. If the information generated on the following page is correct, select Complete to finalize your transfer.
