Please note: if you have enrolled for Online Banking longer than 30 days and currently have personal accounts with TD Bank or business accounts with only one signer on the accounts, you can request your address change via Online Banking by sending us a secure message. To do so please first access your accounts from here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq or http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 for BusinessDirect. Once you're logged in to your account, please click on the "Customer Service" tab, then under the Self Service section you can click the link that shows "Change Address, Phone, E-Mail Address."
If you prefer, you may also change your address by calling us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visiting a local TD Bank Store, during lobby hours. For locations and hours, please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Please note, if your accounts are opened less than 30 days, you must visit a local TD Bank store to update your address.
If you have a Business Deposit Accounts with Multiple Signers or new accounts which are opened less than 30 days, address changes must be completed at your local TD Bank Store or via mail. Feel free to mail a request to:

Please include the following information:
-Your account number
-A specific request to update your mailing, address, and telephone numbers
-Full signatures of all authorized signers on the account for verification purposes (If there are multiple signers on the account)
-A daytime and evening phone number where you may be reached if necessary
If you are referring to your TD Bank Loans, Line of Credits or Credit Cards accounts, we also have you covered:
To change your address for a Credit Card, it can be changed by calling (888) 561-8861, logging on to http://bit.ly/1lVKil9 or stopping into any TD Bank Store. After logging on you will need to click on Services, Manage Credit Card, then Update Address and Phone Number. Address Change will take effect immediately on your Credit Card.
The change of address for a Personal Loan can be completed by calling (800) 328-2119, stopping into a TD Bank Store or by using our "Send a Message" feature through Online Banking which will send a secured email to change your address.
Unsecured Lines of Credit and Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) can be changed in person at a TD Bank Store or by mail after completing a change of address request form. Change of Address request forms can be received by calling (800) 328-2119.
Please note that your change of address request may take up to 3 to 5 business days to be completed.
