Based on your question, it sounds as though you've recently enrolled in BusinessDirect.
To begin, you'll just need your Business Taxpayer Identification number, TD Bank ATM/Debit card number, your account number, your business name, and your email address. Please follow this link: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, choose Business from the drop down box and click on Continue. Please complete the application. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your initial User ID and Password. For any assistance you may need with enrollment, feel free to stop in at any TD Bank Store. For Store hours and locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once enrolled, or if you previously enrolled and are unsure of your login credentials, you can call a Small Business Banking Specialist 24/7 at 800-493-7562 using Option 2 for support.
If you are unsure of your user name and password for Online Banking rather than BusinessDirect, please call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store.
