Thanks for stopping by TD Helps, Rashid. We are more than happy to help with you online question!
If you know your current password, you can reset it by logging into your account online. Once you've logged in on www.tdbank.com please click on the “Customer Service” tab, under “Self Service” you will find a link to “Change Password.”
If you have forgotten your password but remember your Online Banking user name and have U.S. Social Security Number, you do have the option to reset your password via online by visiting http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once you are on the log in page, please click on the “Trouble Logging In” link that is located under the password field via your Online Banking. Select the account type and input your user name. You will then be asked to answer 2 security questions, after successfully answering the security questions, you will be able to reset your password.
Just in case you do not remember your user name, don't have Social Security Number or you’ve forgotten your TD Bank BusinessDirect Password, please give us a call 24/7 at 800-493-7562. Upon proper account verification, we will be able to help you resetting your Online Banking password in no time. You may also stop by your local TD Bank Store during lobby hours for further assistance. For TD Bank Store locations, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this information has been helpful, Rashid. Have a good day and let us know if you have any other questions.
