Hey Tim, welcome to TD Helps!
We appreciate you taking time to write to us. As we would like to assist you directly, unfortunately, we do not have access to your personal information since this is considered an unsecured forum.
To add a travel notification to your account, please contact our 24/7 Customer Service line at 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD location. For Store hours please check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
You may also send us a Secure Message through your Online Banking. To send a secure message you must first log in to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center." If you have not enrolled, you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your account number, debit card number and Social Security number to complete the enrollment or you may call us at the number listed above for further assistance.
If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, you may use this link to log in http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8 and send a secure message. If you choose to send us a secure message for your personal or business account, please include the exact travel dates, destinations and if there will be any connecting flight if applicable.
By placing a travel notification, this will help us be aware if we see foreign transactions on your account. Also, please be informed that for your protection we will continue to monitor your card activity even when a notification is set. We also recommend carrying more than one method of payment while traveling, just in case you encounter any acceptance issues.
We hope you have a safe and fun-filled vacation!
