You've asked a great question, Abraham and we'll be happy to provide assistance.
If you had previously signed up for paperless statements or requested to receive copies of your check images on your paper statements, your check images should be included on the last page of your monthly statements. If you are enrolled for our BusinessDirect Online Banking, after logging in your account from here http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8, please follow the steps below to obtain your statements:
- Click on the accounts link at the top of the screen
- Click Statements
- Choose the statement period you would like to view and click View Statement
- You may then click the print icon if you would like to print a copy of your statements
If you are looking to enroll for TD Bank BusinessDirect and you have your debit card, follow the link above and choose Business from the drop down box. Once you’re at the “Sign Up for TD Bank BusinessDirect” page, please complete the application. You will need your Business taxpayer Identification Number, account number, ATM/Debit card number, the business name, and your email address. When you are finished with the application, you will receive an email confirmation within 2 business days that contains your User ID and password. In case you don't have a debit card or would like to have immediate access to online banking, you could visit your local TD Bank Store for help. For hours and locations near you, check out: http://bit.ly/TDStores. You may also obtain a copy of your checks while you are at your local TD Bank location.
Additionally, you may request to have these check copies mailed to you by calling us 24/7 at the same number listed above to speak with a Customer Service Representative. You should expect to receive your checks at your address on file within 7 to 10 business days. Please note delays may occur depending on your post office.
We can also fax the check images to a TD Store directly, so you can pick them up. In order to do so, we ask you please fax your written request to our Fulfillment department at 856-533-1138 with the following information:
-Your full account number
-The check numbers and posting dates
- Your fax number
-The location of your preferred TD Bank Store where the copies should be faxed
Our Fulfillment Department is available to assist you 24/7 for your convenience. If everything is correct and matches the information we have on file, your check copies should arrive by fax at the TD Store within 2-3 hours of receiving your request.
