Hi John, thanks for writing in today. We can definitely help you order a new card for your account here at TD Helps!
Since this is considered an unsecure forum, we don't have the access to your account(s) that we need to have the card ordered for you directly. Don't worry though – you have several options available!
The first option is to reach out to one of our live Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000. After proper authentication of your account, a Specialist can have a new ATM or Debit Card mailed to the address you have on file with us. It should take approximately 5-7 business days in the mail and you'll have your new card in your hands – it's as simple as that.
The second method is available if you've registered for online banking with us already. You can log into your online banking profile here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. Once in, you'll need to send us a Secure Message; which is located on the left hand side under the Message Center. After you click on the link to "Send a secure message," you need to choose "General Customer Service" under the "Select Subject" drop-down box and then type in 'Card Request' under the new blank subject line. In the "Comments" box, please specify which account number you want a new card for and also specify whether you want a VISA Debit Card or ATM-only card for the account. After you're done placing your comments, "Send" the message and a Banking Specialist will respond within 24-48 hours to confirm that a card is on its way to you in the mail.
Lastly, if you're not registered for online banking or unable to access your online profile at this time, you can reach out to any local TD Bank Store to have a new card issued right on the spot. Just find the nearest Store in your area by clicking here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. They'd be happy to provide you with a new card as long as you bring in a valid state-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc).
We hope these options help John, but please join us again if you have any more questions. Take care!
