I need to overdraw 200.00 from the atm am I allowed to do this

Here at TD Bank, we currently offer a discretionary overdraft service, TD Debit Card Advance.
When enrolled in TD Debit Card Advance, TD Bank may cover your everyday debit card transactions, even when you don't have enough funds available in your account. We may also authorize and pay overdrafts on ATM and everyday debit card transactions. If your debit card is enrolled, you may be able to take advantage of this service; however, please know that overdrafts are paid at TD Bank's discretion.
