I have online banking with TD and have been using my TD visa credit card while living in Japan. That's been no problem, but now I need to pay my visa bill and all of the money I have been earning is here as Japanese yen. How can I send money to my TD chequing account or to my Visa from Japan?
I was told secondhand that my Japanese bank cannot do this, and I do know have quite enough Japanese to communicate this anyway. My bank is the 77 bank in the Tohoku region, but I doubt it will help.
Is there a simple option open to me? Can I buy a prepaid visa here and use it to pay off my real visa or something to that extent? I would love to have an option just to pay cash here and have it sent there.
Thanks so much for your time.
