If you have a personal TD Bank deposit account and wish to enroll for Online Banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM or Debit Card number, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once at the page, please select "Personal" from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
If you do not have the required information to set up for Online Banking or you need assistance enrolling, you may contact us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Banking Specialist. Upon proper account verification, we would be happy to help get you started.
If your mortgage is also with TD Bank, you should be able to view your mortgage account online together with your TD deposit accounts once your online banking is set up. You'll also be able to make a transfer from your existing Checking or Savings account to your mortgage as a payment. You're welcome to log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and click the Transfers tab to make a one-time payment, or establish a recurring payment if you choose.
We can provide other option to make an online mortgage payment even if you don't have any other accounts with TD Bank. You may visit http://bit.ly/1p7K5PC to make a one-time payment (using a Checking account only).
If you find you need any additional assistance or would like to make a payment by phone, please do not hesitate to contact us 24/7 at 800-937-5020. You can also step in to a convenient TD Bank Store location; please find one near you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
