If you are looking for a voided check for direct deposit purposes, you can simply write “VOID” on one of your personal checks. If you do not have any checks, you can order them by logging onto your Online Banking, and select the “Customer Service” Tab. Once you’re there, you can than select the “Order Checks” link. You could also call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 to speak with a Customer Service Representative or visit us at any Local TD Bank Store, http://bit.ly/1f9DSJR. You also have the option of filling out a “Direct Deposit Authorization Form”. You can find this form by clicking: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6. Once you fill this out, all you will need to do is hand it to your employer.
If you are looking specifically for copies of your previous check payments, there are several options on how to obtain those copies. You can call us directly at 888-751-9000 and we can send you the copy by mail. We could also fax the copy to you with written authorization. Just send us a written request via fax with your name as it appears on your account, your account number, check amount and check number, as well as your signature to our Support Team at 856-533-1138. Please include a brief statement describing your request.
Another option you have is to log in to your Online Banking. By looking at your account history and statements, you have the ability to view any paper check payments cashed out of the account. You could even print out checks from the past 60 days right at home!
