I am getting constant late fee's despite my credit card is scheduled correctly for the payment date, I have had this credit card for years and only recently this is happening, I want an answer and how this is going to be fixed, also, my minimum payment has stayed the same for years and now you change it.

If you are enrolled for online banking, you also have the options of sending a Secure Message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You may do so by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to 'Send a secure message' located in the 'Message Center.' You also have the option to send a Secure Message right from your Mobile App. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We can generally respond within 24 hours or less.
